 Safe Wheels Transport does not provide rental insurance which is clarified for drivers to e-sign in (rental agreement) and will not be held liable in the event you are at fault in an accident. While rental insurance is optional to rent from us, we highly recommend it for your protection in case of an accident or collision. Steps to Follow in Case of an Accident:

1. Prioritize Safety – Check yourself and others for injuries. Call 911 for medical assistance or to request police presence if needed.
    
2. Move to Safety – If the vehicle is drivable, carefully move it to the side of the road to prevent further incidents. Turn on your hazard lights.
    
3. File a Police Report – Request a police report and be sure to get the officer’s name, badge number, and report number.
    
4. Document the Scene – Take clear photos of all vehicles involved, including any damage and license plates.
    
5. Exchange Information – Share and collect details from the other driver(s), such as names, contact information, insurance, and vehicle details.
    
6. Notify Safe Wheels Transport – As soon as it is safe to do so, contact me or email cs@safewheelstransport.com to report the accident.
    
7. Contact Your Insurance Provider – Inform them of the accident and follow any steps they require.
    
8. Do Not Admit Fault – When speaking with the police or other parties, only state the facts. Let the authorities and insurance companies determine fault.

 No. All vehicles are for local use only. 

 Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged if an obvious strong smoke odor is detected. 

 Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if accumulation of pet hair is found or if deep cleaning is required. 

 You are responsible for any tolls and traffic violations on your behalf, including speeding tickets. If Safe Wheels Transport receives any related charges, you will be notified and responsible to cover the charge.

We use PayPal Pre-Paid system for all secured payments, you must download the app.

We charge $45 per day on daily rentals and that covers any maintenance needed and roadside service. Minimum 3 days required. Save more by the week (Recommended)!

We charge a standard $245 weekly on vehicle rentals and that covers any maintenance needed and 24/7 roadside service. Saving you more!

 Yes, you can extend your rental at any time. Simply use the PayPal app to make a daily or weekly payment. Each additional day extended is $45 per day. It's more cost effective on a weekly rental.

  At Safe Wheels Transport, no deposit is required to get started. While our rentals are typically weekly, a minimum (3)days rental is required to begin. All you need is a valid driver’s license. Save more when you rent by the week. 

   At Safe Wheels Transport, we cover all essential car care expenses, including oil changes, tires, and roadside assistance—as long as drivers operate responsibly and treat the vehicle with care. Any signs of reckless driving will result in immediate termination from our platform. 

  Yes, while we do accept referrals, we check for valid drivers license to prospective drivers for security purposes. Additionally, you the referrer must have a positive rental history with Safe Wheels Transport for us to consider your trustworthy referral. 

  Yes, we do charge late fees if a vehicle is not returned as expected for any reason. If you anticipate a delay, you must contact Safe Wheels transport immediately to explain the situation and provide an updated return time. A full-day delay will count as an extra day $45  charge. To avoid a negative mark at this point, we recommend just extending your rental by an extra day if needed.
